History of Maa Baglamukhi Temple, Nalkheda
The Maa Baglamukhi Temple is located on the eastern bank of the Lakhundar River in the town of Nalkheda in the Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh. This temple is very ancient, dating back to the Pandava period. In the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, a self-manifested idol of Maa Baglamukhi is enshrined, and to her left, Mahalakshmi and Maha Saraswati are seated.
This temple is very popular in the country and abroad and is also miraculous. In the temple premises, along with the Bhairav, Hanuman and Pardeshwar Radhe Krishna temple, very ancient samadhis of sages and saints are situated, which proves the temple to be very ancient.
